Busy.. bee-zee~
And so i’m now handling 2 projects at work, with my boss and my sales account manager away for reservist for 3 weeks.
During this 3 weeks, i have to bucked up and handle all the stuffs from quotation to project planning.
It is my first 2 projects, small scale but i dont really know where to start.
I felt like i’m just being a coordinator between my company and my client company.
Further more, the client company is a government body.
This adds to my already high stress level.
Fortunately (or unfortunately), my new module is on Project Management.
Fortunate, because i can relate all my current studies back to work, and work to studies.
Unfortunately, this module is waaayyy short and squeeze into a 5-weeks schedule.
Almost every weekend there is a deliverable to be submitted online.
So i’ll be very very busy till i can really handle and manage my time better.
Oh, and i stayed up to watch the worldcup 2010 final between Spain and Netherlands.
Spain won by a goal. (^^)
I’m not really a soccer fan and beside the basic rules, i know nuts about it.
But i reckon most of my counterparts are either 1. overslept, 2. calling in sick, 3. too tired to talk about work.
So i called up and applied for a 1/2 day off to relax myself, i have a meeting in the afternoon planned.
Then my vendor called up and arrange to postpone our meeting to tomorrow afternoon.
Kinda expected, as he was reluntant to accept my meeting invitation on Friday. hahaha
So once again i called up to arrange the meeting rooms with my receptionist and decided to take a full day leave instead. (*’-')
So ya, you bet i’ll be slacking at home ya?
But sadly no, i’ll probably laze around in the morning, then start to do some research for my module presentation in the afternoon.
We are supposed to discuss it tomorrow evening during tutorial.
